Our experienced team are responsible for the auditing, checking & monitoring of internal systems and processes alongside our experienced Management & HR Team reporting directly into our owner who is based in the business daily to ensure our teams maintain these standards, we are also regularly liaising with external auditors from our clients as well as well as bodies such as the REC and the GLAA who are our industries two main governing bodies. We are also signed up to the ICO Data Protection Registry alongside our internal GDPR Compliance.

We do not operate mobile worker schemes and we will strongly protect your brand whilst ensuring that we both adhere to AWR Regulations with each location having experts in this area.

Before the commencement of our supply we shall ensure we agree on all KPI's / Supply levels and forms of Management Information you require and in what timeframes

 

Gemini People will create a document that falls in line with your needs that will enable any SLA's (Service Level Agreements) to be maintained and exceeded on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.

 

Gemini People follow industry standard Terms of Business as laid out by our regulatory body The Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

We currently operate two versions of Terms of Business again both cementing our commitment to being industry specific and not a one size fits all.

We operate Terms of Business for our Industrial Clients and our Driving / HGV Clients as both are regulated and operated slightly differently.
